DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Autism at Home sells downloadable digital books and guides. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fee should be charged.
After your payment is successfully approved, you will receive access to the purchased digital product through the checkout confirmation page, by email, or through the digital-delivery method displayed during purchase.
Delivery is normally available shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, payment verification, security checks, email delays, or technical processing may temporarily delay delivery.
If you do not receive your file:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other email folders.
- Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
- Allow a short period for the payment and delivery systems to finish processing.
- Contact autismathomebooks@gmail.com with your name, order number, and purchase email.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement link or file. Please do not share download links or purchased files with others.
Because no physical product is supplied, physical shipping times, tracking numbers, customs duties, and physical return instructions do not apply.
