TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Autism at Home online store and your purchase and use of our digital books and guides. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Store Information
The store is operated by Moses Ovadia under the Autism at Home name from Eilat, Israel. You may contact us at autismathomebooks@gmail.com.
- Digital Products
All products sold through this store are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical book or parcel will be shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased file or access instructions will be provided electronically. You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout.
- Personal-Use Licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for your personal or household use.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, upload, publish, share, distribute, translate, modify for resale, or commercially exploit any product without prior written permission.
Purchasing one copy does not grant permission to distribute the file to schools, clinics, organizations, professional groups, online communities, or other individuals.
- Educational Information and Disclaimer
Our books and guides provide general educational information and practical ideas for parents and caregivers. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice.
The products do not replace assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized guidance from a qualified healthcare professional, therapist, educator, or other licensed professional.

- Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
We may cancel or refund an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, a technical pricing error, or misuse of the store.
Applicable taxes or currency-conversion charges may be added or charged by your payment provider, depending on your location.
- Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Because the products are supplied digitally, purchases are generally final after access or download has been provided.
